In this introduction to knife skills class Dina will be teaching you all you need to know so you feel confident in your food prep involving cutting/chopping/dicing/slicing. This class will be divided into two parts.
Part 1. Creating a safe work space. This is where you’ll learn the how and whys behind choosing the right knife and cutting board for the task at hand. (You may be surprised to hear that the brand of knife isn’t the most important thing.)
Part 2. For the second half you’ll get to see Dina’s preferred way of cutting a few different ingredients including onion & carrot.
After the event you’ll get an email with notes from the event and video replay.
