Phrase completion writting session

​Inspired by Nathaniel Branden's concept of phrase completion, I will bring in some of his exercises and explain (introductory) the concept.

Bring a paper (say 8-10 pages) and a pen, and an open mind.

​Good to come physically relaxed, but I may bring this a bit at the beginning as well.

The result: You will find out some (old) new memories, buried thoughts and emotions, hanging not that far from your consciousness. As I respect the privacy of thought, I suggest fulfilling the exercise individually. We can later share our insights (but we do not have to).
