Foundation x Techspace: The Age of Performance
📍In-person, East London
The new era of performance has brought incredible challenges to the CEOs and COOs of venture-backed businesses. Building high-performance environments is really hard. If you're struggling to get this right or thinking more and more about creating a high-performance business, join us to hear from five experts as they discuss everything from defining high performance in your organisation to fostering high-performance cultures.
This by-approval-only event is designed for post-Series A tech CEOs & COOs passionate about building a high-performing organisation.

'Growth at all costs' is now 'Performance at all costs'
The landscape is shifting, and the old focus on growth (revenue growth! Headcount growth! Capital growth!) meant that company structures and focuses had to follow suit. It was growth or nothing.
Over the last 18 months, however, we’ve seen a dramatic shift from growth at all costs to performance at all costs. Technology companies have been asked to focus on profitability and the strength of their unit economics. This has created friction in the transition for many companies.
This event will be a candid conversation around how CEOs and COOs can:
Define performance in your organisation
Embed a performance culture within your organisation
Build structures that create high performance in your environment
