✨ A Feel-Good Day for a Great Cause ✨
Join Erin Muldoon (@erinmuldoonn) & Yvette Ostoja (@yowellco) for a FREE community wellness event designed to nourish your body, lift your spirits, and support women in need 💜
We’re hosting a 60-minute Pilates and Yoga fusion class led by Yvette. This is a beginner-friendly flow focused on stretching and strengthening your body to support confident, feel-good movement.
After we move, we’ll gather for a potluck-style picnic. Feel free to bring a dish for yourself or something to share with the group.
We’re also holding a Donation Drive in support of a local women’s shelter. If you have any gently used clothing in good condition, please bring it along.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available near the park.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a dish for the picnic (for yourself or to share). You're also welcome to bring gently used clothing for donation.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! The class is designed to be gentle, energizing, and accessible for all levels.
Can I come alone?
Yes! This is a community-centered event and a great way to meet new people.
Is there anything else happening nearby?
Yes! There will be a local farmers market happening nearby if you’d like to explore after the event. There’s also plenty of scenic space for walking, so feel free to stay and enjoy the area.
