​Leon Joseph is an actor and the creator of Mindful Strength, blending over 20 years of fitness experience with a background in wrestling, kickboxing, and martial arts. His method now focuses on strength training through muscle coordination, mobility, and deep mind-body control—treating the body as an instrument to be fully understood and empowered. Leon uses strength to help people grow, heal, and #breakthestigma around wellness and cannabis.

​Kia Lee is a movement guide, yin yoga instructor, and mindful meditation facilitator with a rich background in dance, strength training, and somatic healing. With roots as a dancer and a deep love for weightlifting, Kia bridges grace and grounded power—inviting students to explore both stillness and strength.
