EERA Day in Norway
The EERA Norwegian National Day will take place on the 20 March 2025 at the Research Council of Norway in Oslo.
The event is co-organised by three Norwegian organisations: NORCE, SINTEF and the University of Bergen together with the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA).
Norway is an active member of EERA, participating in 16 Joint Programmes, represented by nine organisations, and having held the presidency for seven years.
The EERA National Day will gather the Norwegian low-carbon energy research community as well as representatives from the main national authorities within the field with the aim to:
Discuss selected common research and innovation (R&I) topics of interest for Europe and Norway with the aim of aligning the national priorities with the SET Plan and other EU strategies and policies.
Understand EERA’s activities as well as its central role and influence in Europe and assess the benefits of Norwegian participation in the alliance.
Encourage networking among the Norwegian participants, seek further synergies between EERA and Norway and identify future actions.
The event will include lunch, and will end with at 14:45 CET with a networking coffee. More details on the full agenda will become available soon.
