​Life is what we make of it, so come learn some improv tools and techniques to help you make a life filled with joy and laughter.

​About this event

​This improv workshop will help you bring more fun into all parts of your life — coaching, work, or anything else where you want to experience more joy.

​You’ll learn some foundational concepts of improv comedy that also apply to everyday life. We make choices every day that impact our life in large ways and small, and an improv scene is no different. In both cases, we can “choose the fun script” — even when it seems that our options are limited.

​We’ll practice the skill of making active choices that move us closer to the thing we want, and talk about how these improv concepts can serve us offstage in our everyday lives. We'll also talk about triple-loop learning and how it can apply to any situation.
