Join us at our Alo Flatiron Sanctuary with @maddisonrotner for a full-body HIIT workout. This class combines functional fitness, plyometric work, and sculpting in one heart-pumping class. The goal: a high volume (reps) low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals that aims to improve muscle tone + improve cardiovascular fitness.
