​Meet us on the sand in front of Dune Restaurant located at 2200 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305

​Ladies, when was the last time you took time for yourself to pause, assess what's working and what isn't and where to go from there.

Time for you to journal, reconnect with yourself and disconnect from the outer world. Let's make space for what's coming, for that life you envision, for that beauty to imagine when you close your eyes. It's all there for you within reach, all you have to do is clear the space to receive it.

​This evening, we will meet at the beach to meditate, journal, connect with other women in our community and end the night with a release by letting go on a role into the ocean to signify letting go and letting in.

Here’s what you can expect for the evening:

• ​7:00 PM: Arrival and parking. Please plan to arrive early to allow 15 minutes for parking. Parking is available onsite for $4/hour, or valet is available at Dune Restaurant for $9.

• ​7:15 PM: Meet us on the sand by the ocean for a warm welcome.

• ​7:30 PM: Settle in as we begin our meditation, accompanied by the soothing sound of ocean waves.

• ​8:00 PM: Transition into journaling, reflecting on your thoughts and intentions.

• ​8:20 PM: Participate in a symbolic rose release, letting go of what no longer serves you.

• ​8:45 PM: Closing the evening with heartfelt goodbyes.
