​Katie Kirsch is a product, design, and startup leader trained at Stanford, IDEO, and Harvard Business School. Based in New York, Katie is the Founder and CEO of lume, a 1:1 coaching membership for tech founders and leaders that combines executive leadership coaching + health coaching (sleep, nutrition). Katie's work has been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 (2024), Fast Company, and more. She has also taught at Stanford's d.school and Harvard's Graduate School of Education. Outside work, Katie loves yoga, meditation, personal finance, biohacking, and skiing.

​With a background that includes founding and selling a VC-backed women's safety technology company and serving in the Obama Administration, Quinn Fitzgerald brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has been recognized for her innovations by Time and Fast Company. Quinn covers essential startup topics such as team building, fundraising, leadership development, and navigating the emotional highs and lows of entrepreneurship.
