Any cancellations within 72 HOURS of an event will not receive a refund of their ticket cost (if a ticketed event) and will be charged a $5 fee for canceling (if it’s a free event, there will just be the $5 cancel fee). We understand that life happens and things come up last minute but we give everyone an advanced notice on when our events are happening so there is no miscommunication. Therefore, please help us out by making sure you can attend the events that you RSVP for at least 72 hours at the latest.
