Membership billing will begin in January 2026 unless cancelled prior. To cancel your membership before billing begins, simply email us at info@professionellehouse.com.

Media Release: By purchasing your ticket and attending the summit, you grant authorization, acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Photo and video content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by ProfessionELLE House across digital, print and social media platforms.
By attending the summit, you also acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with in-person attendance. ProfessionELLE House and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
Pre-Sale Ticket Policy: Guests who purchased tickets during the 2023 pre-sale period (prior to the event postponement) will have their tickets automatically transferred to the 2025 summit. These tickets remain valid and will be honoured at the current summit. As a reminder, by choosing to hold your ticket at that time, you acknowledged and agreed that it would be transferred to our next summit. As such, all pre-sale tickets are now final sale and non-refundable. Please also note that any new promotions, discounts, or pricing adjustments introduced after your original purchase will not result in partial refunds or credits.
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest with written approval from the event organizers no later than June 20, 2025. Please email us if you need to request a transfer.
