Our lineup of experts brings diverse specialisations in research impact, partnerships, health sciences, positive psychology, community-based research, innovation development, and community engagement.

Dr. David Phipps: Assistant Vice-President of Research Impact and Strategy at York University, renowned for his work in knowledge mobilisation and research program impacts on local and global communities.
Éric Bastien: Director of the Research Partnerships Portfolio at SSHRC, with extensive experience in developing partnerships between Canadian postsecondary institutions and various organisations.
Dr. Anna Koné: Associate Professor in the Health Sciences Department at Lakehead University, specialising in health outcomes, services/interventions, and social determinants of health.
Dr. Ed Rawana: Clinical psychologist and professor, an expert in strengths and positive psychology, and co-creator of the Strengths Assessment Inventory (SAI).
Dr. Budd Hall: Co-chair of UNESCO Chair in Community-Based Research and Social Responsibility, actively involved in community-based research and training through the Knowledge for Change Consortium.
Ellen MacKay: Director of Innovation Development at Lakehead University, driving intellectual property protection, commercialization, and entrepreneurial activities.
Dr. David Peacock: Director of Community Service-Learning at the University of Alberta, focusing on community-university engagement and experiential learning.
Maryann Kleynendorst: Experiential Learning Navigator at Lakehead University's Faculty of Business Administration, with skills in community engagement, project management, research, program evaluation, team collaboration, and training and development planning.
Dr. Kathy Sanderson: Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business Administration at Lakehead University, specialising in human resources recruitment, retention, welcoming, and mental health stigma at work.
