​Join us for an interactive session with Andy Nelson, a UK-based career coach who helps mid-career professionals move from traditional corporate paths into meaningful work in climate and sustainability.

​However, in this workshop Andy will be sharing a framework that helps new role seekers AND transitioners, AND people already in a steady state of employment - to understand their ability to make an impact and balance that with their appetite for change. This begins with the evaluation of criteria for change, an audit of options and then a mindset shift to take action.

​Andy blends 20+ years of experience in consulting, startups, and climate tech with behavioural psychology and design thinking to offer clear frameworks, not just feel-good advice. His structured yet human approach has helped hundreds of professionals get unstuck and take confident next steps.
