What to Expect at Two Bit Circus
At 4,000 square feet, the Santa Monica location is a fraction of the original venue but still packed with Two Bit Circus’ signature blend of digital carnival games, immersive storytelling, and social gameplay.
Interactive Bar Games: The centerpiece bar serves a unique “cocktail shooter” experience. Guests take a shot, then don a Meta Quest 3 headset to battle floating, cowboy-hat-wearing eyeballs in an augmented reality game.
Augmented Reality Games: Step outside onto the Promenade and wield a virtual wand to engage in a fantasy-inspired wizard duel with fellow players.
Group Game Shows: Gather around cocktail tables and compete in mini-games using oversized arcade buttons, reminiscent of Two Bit’s downtown location.
Classic Multiplayer Arcade Games: Enjoy all-you-can-play access to retro favorites like Frogger, Rampage, Joust, Zoo Keeper, and Marble Madness.
The highlight of the pop-up is undoubtedly the Space Elevator, developed by One World Immersive. Using NASA public-domain images, the experience aims to provide a moment of reflection and appreciation for our planet. While the elevator itself doesn’t physically move, its slow, immersive visuals create an awe-inspiring illusion of space travel.
