About Jeff Davis
An art professor for twenty years, Jeff Davis is a generative artist and now Strategic Advisor at Art Blocks. Fascinated by the intersection of mathematics and art, he began his artistic journey in college, focusing on painting and printmaking during his graduate studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Seeking greater precision in his artwork, Jeff turned to design software in 1999 to explore structure and color, marking the beginning of his digital art practice. Since then, he’s embraced technology as a tool for creative expression, developing generative systems that investigate form and color within specified parameters.
