About Event

Brent and his team at Two Bit Circus are exploring how social, augmented reality (AR) experiences in public spaces is a new chapter for entertainment.

This talk explores the integration of AR to transform vacant retail spaces into dynamic, interactive playgrounds. Now is the perfect time to embrace this technology for engaging and immersive public entertainment.

Brent Bushnell is an entrepreneur, engineer, and Chairman/co-founder of Two Bit Circus, an LA-based experiential entertainment company. They create immersive social experiences, including micro-amusement parks with VR, robot bartenders, and an interactive supper club. Previously, they launched the STEAM Carnival to inspire kids in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

Brent is passionate about using play to inspire inventors and rebranding STEM learning to STEAM by adding art and creativity. A UCLA-trained engineer and hands-on maker, he turns visions into reality through rapid prototyping. He is the board president of Two Bit Circus Foundation, which provides STEAM programs for students. Previously, Brent was the on-camera inventor for ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, a founding member of Syyn Labs, and helped OK Go create the viral Rube Goldberg machine for their "This Too Shall Pass" music video.
