​Three years ago, I was 24, with $20k of savings and a dream. Less than a year later, I opened the doors to my design-driven micro-resort—Live Oak Lake. And then, I almost lost everything. Airbnb shut me down. A $950 Instagram giveaway turned near disaster into a breakthrough, and a year later, I had a record-setting exit. Now, I’m sharing the key lessons and the massive opportunities in experiential hospitality.
