Let’s finish the year with a great stretch focused on our hips & shoulders.

Props:

  • Yoga mat or large towel

  • Yoga blocks or 2 sturdy books (optional)

  • Cushion or pillow (optional)

  • Non-elastic strap or long belt (optional)

  • An undisputed area (this is YOU time)

  • Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away enough from your mat so I can see your full body during class.

  • This allows me to provide customized feedback and modifications to improve your practice.
