Welcome to The Meditation Experiment!

Meditation is the space we need to become self-aware, calm and intentional. But it can be hard to keep up a regular practice when alone.

I know first-hand that there is power in accountability and community when building a meditation habit.

So, this experiment will take place in October:

  • It will run 7am - 7.20am every Monday + Friday mornings on Zoom (GMT/BST).

  • It will be a simple beginners meditation for busy people, around 15 minutes.

  • You won't be required to chat, simply arrive on mute and take part.

  • It will cost a nominal £20 for the whole month of 9 sessions (commitment helps accountability)

  • You should aim to join all sessions where possible.

Why join?
The goal is to help you build a regular meditation practice over one month that can carry you to the end of the year.

Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, helps give you time before emotional reactions, improves your sleep patterns, and boosts focus and memory. The people around us, and our own jaw tension, will feel the difference.

What does this include?
This ticket includes 9 x sessions in October - every Monday and Friday, starting Monday 7 October.

Sessions run from 7am BST for 20 minutes.
