An embodied collage workshop inspired by the wood element of the Chinese medicine wheel.
As Nature is slowly awakening from the winter slumber, you are invited to give form and voice to your budding dreams! During our time together, I will guide you into an embodied meditation, a creative process and a contemplative time to integrate your experience.
Bring your scissors, glue, old magazines, a journal or an A4 sheet of paper and ... your own special spark of magic !
