​Join WeFunder for a workshop on how to maximize your Community Round by learning the behind-the-scenes elements of crowdfunding.

​You will learn the basics of the legal setup, including what you’ll need to prepare in advance, how to set your investment terms, and how much you can expect to spend on a lawyer as well as how to pitch your business and market the fundraise.

​About the Speaker:

​Suzanna leads the Operations team at Wefunder (YC13). Wefunder helps startups raise money from their customers, users, and community. Like a true startup operationalist, Suzanna has worked in just about every role under the sun - account management, finance, fundraising, compliance, HR, sales, and strategy. Prior to Wefunder, she led the operations team for the U.S. portfolio at Kiva.org. On the weekends you’ll find her staring a little too hard at a beautiful tree or cooking an ambitious meal in her very small Brooklyn apartment.
