The Sanskrit word “yoga” translated to English means to yoke, or to unify. The union the ancient mystics speak of here is the unification of the individual mind and the universal consciousness- the merging of human with a divine essence.
We like to do it by getting down and dirty on the dance floor. Come ready to stretch not only your body, but to expand your mind & unleash that sacred nasty spirit. Think scantily clad athletic wear, booty shorts, bikinis and bodysuits.
