More About Linus Lee
Linus researches and builds software tools and interfaces to help people think and create. He has been writing online since 2014, and have written nearly a half million words about software research, creative work, community, and the life he lives in between. Over the years, he built well over 100 side projects, from programming languages and compilers to 3D renderers, interactive learning environments, UI libraries, and a suite of personal productivity tools I depend on every day. Previously, he was a software engineer at Replit, Hack Club, and Spensa mainly doing product engineering on end user-facing user interfaces and services. He grew up in Korea and Indiana, went to school in Berkeley, and currently lives in New York City.
