Founder Familia is honored to have Bismarck Lepe as our 2022 Closing Keynote Speaker for Hispanic Heritage Month. This conversation will cover Bismarck's life story, professional experience, and how Latinidad has played a role in his success.

Bismarck Lepe is a Mexican American entrepreneur with $1B in exits. He is currently CEO and founder of Wizeline, a product intelligence company that helps businesses drive the development of products. He is also the chairman and co-founder of MiSalud, a culturally-authentic health and wellness platform for the U.S. Hispanic population. Prior to Wizeline and Misalud, Bismarck was a co-founder and founding CEO of Ooyala, a video technology platform company that sold to Australian Telecom giant Telstra in 2012. He was also an early employee at Google, responsible for Ads Quality products and Video Advertising, which contributed over $1 billion in revenue. He has a BA in Economics from Stanford.

Founder Familia is a community of Latinx founders created to foster collaboration and belonging. The group's vision is to scale grassroots efforts that have been effective in connecting Latinx founders in Silicon Valley across the United States. With over 300 members, Founder Familia hosts founder-led dinners, happy hours and events at the local level, and facilitates conversations and resource sharing among fellow Latinx founders at a national level.
