Founders Only - Plunge, Sauna, Breakfast, Connection

​Come enjoy the Sisu practice (cold plunge, hot sauna, rest, repeat) with fellow founders in Utah. We'll have a yoga and granola bar available along with tea provided by the Plunj. We'll have lactose free options and greek yogurt. Please make any requests as needed.

​What to bring

• ​Wear a swimsuit

• ​Bring your work clothes for the day (you can shower off there)

• ​Flip flops/sandals, if desired

• ​Deoderant
