​FORWARD is a one-day networking event serving as a platform for Black/African professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to connect, learn and thrive. Through FORWARD, we cultivate connections, share opportunities, and inspire actions to help our community advance.

FORWARD is brought to you by Beyond Borders Network, a global platform that connects Black and Diaspora-African professionals with the resources and networks they need to advance and thrive in their careers/business. We also serve as a bridge for global companies looking to hire the best talent on the African continent.

We recognize the need to tell our own stories as Blacks and Africans in the Diaspora. Therefore, this event serves as a dedicated space to celebrate black excellence, connect, learn and cultivate opportunities to thrive.

This event seeks to celebrate our successes, as well as address some challenges we face by bringing together black professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries to share experiences, learn from each other, and access valuable resources and opportunities for growth. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, the event aims to support attendees to navigate their careers successfully and achieve their professional goals.
