Milena Ninova is a service designer and a programme manager at WorldStartup with a background in Industrial design engineering. She has extensive experience aiding stakeholders in defining challenges, working with and developing design thinking methodologies from scratch, product & service design, user experience & research, process optimisations, and events & co-creation facilitation.
