2025年「大狗之夜」全球系列活动即将登陆香港。我们诚邀来自全球的合作伙伴、渠道力量与行业同仁，共赴这场汇聚矿业、科技与商业洞察的年度盛会。
本次活动将于 W Hong Kong 举行，围绕品牌全新阶段的重要发布，呈现多款重磅新品与核心销售信息，并通过现场交流推动市场共识与合作落地。我们期待在这一关键节点，连接彼此，共创增长。
🎫DG Night HongKong 2025 Global Sales Gala - Registration & Entry Rules
To ensure a smooth event experience and maintain order at the venue, please carefully review the following participation process:
1️⃣ Registration & Approval
Scan the event QR code on the invitation to access the registration page, fill in your information, and submit your application.
Upon successful application, the provided email address will receive a “Pending Approval” email.
Once approved, a confirmation email containing the event ticket (QR code) will be sent. Please download and save it in advance.
2️⃣ Check-in
On the day of the event, please present your ticket (QR code) for verification. After successful check-in, you will receive an entry wristband from the event staff.
The wristband serves as the sole form of identification at the event. Please wear it properly and do not lend it to others.
With the wristband, you may enter and exit the venue freely. If lost, please contact on-site staff for assistance.
3️⃣ On-site Registration for Accompanying Guests
If you have additional accompanying guests, they will need to scan the code on-site, fill in their information, and wait for approval.
The system will send their ticket (QR code) to the provided email. After verification, they will also receive an entry wristband.
Once approved, the system will send an event ticket (QR code) to their email. After on-site verification, they will also be able to receive an event wristband.
📌 What if there’s an error in my registration information?
If you notice an error in the email address or need to update your information after submission, please re-submit the registration form.
We will use the most recent submission for approval and ticket delivery.
💡 Pro Tips
To enhance your event experience, we recommend completing the registration and approval process in advance.
Each guest will be issued a unique QR code, which is non-transferable.
All guests must present both the QR code ticket and wristband to enter. Entry will not be granted to unregistered individuals.
Your registration information will be used solely for identity verification and event communication and will not be disclosed or used for other purposes.

为确保活动现场秩序与嘉宾体验，请仔细阅读以下参与流程：
1️⃣ 报名与审核
扫描邀请函上的活动二维码，进入报名页面填写信息并提交申请。
成功申请后，所填写的邮箱将收到「报名正在等待审核」的邮件。
审核通过后，该邮箱将收到一封确认邮件，内含门票（二维码），请提前下载保存。
2️⃣ 活动签到
请在活动当日，出示门票（二维码），由工作人员核销后领取入场手环。
活动手环为现场唯一身份识别凭证，请妥善佩戴并勿转借他人。
凭手环可自由出入会场范围，遗失请及时与现场工作人员联系补办。
3️⃣ 陪同人员临时报名
如有额外同行人员，需在现场扫码填写资料报名并等待审核。
审核通过后，系统会发送门票（二维码）至其邮箱，经现场核销后，同样可领取活动手环。
📌如有报名信息填写错误怎么办？
如您发现提交后邮箱填写有误、信息需要修改，请重新提交一次报名表。
我们将以您最后一次提交的信息为准，进行审核并发送门票（二维码）。

为提升活动体验，请尽量提前完成报名与审核流程。
每位嘉宾一人一码，仅限本人使用。
所有到场嘉宾均需凭门票（二维码）+手环入场，恕不接待未登记人员随意入内。
活动报名信息仅用于身份核验及活动通知，不会泄露或作他用。
