​Join internationally renowned psychologist and author Dr. Melanie Joy for a dynamic workshop on reducing infighting within the vegan movement. Through a mix of talks, practical tools, and interactive exercises, participants will explore:

• ​Why infighting happens (and how to prevent it)

• ​How to improve communication and collaboration in advocacy

• ​Tools for building more resilient, impactful organizations

​This workshop is being organized by the UPF-Centre for Animal Ethics in collaboration with Effective Altruism Barcelona. It's part of the Centre for Effective Vegan Advocacy (CEVA)’s global effort to support effective vegan advocacy through evidence-based training and relational skill-building. It's ideal for vegan advocates, campaigners, and changemakers looking to improve their impact and their relationships.

​Water & light snacks will be provided. It's also likely that a group of attendees will go for lunch together at a nearby restaurant to continue the conversation afterwards.

​Únete a la mundialmente reconocida psicóloga y autora Dra. Melanie Joy en un taller dinámico sobre cómo reducir los conflictos dentro del movimiento animalista. A través de una combinación de charlas, herramientas prácticas y ejercicios interactivos, los/las participantes explorarán:

• ​Por qué ocurren los conflictos internos (y cómo prevenirlos)

• ​Cómo mejorar la comunicación y la colaboración en el activismo

• ​Herramientas para construir organizaciones más resilientes y con mayor impacto

Es ideal para activistas, personas que hacen campañas, y agentes de cambio que deseen mejorar su impacto y sus relaciones.
