Join us for a virtual gathering, focused on feedback failure modes.

We'll talk through feedback lessons learned, traps, and pitfalls.

We'll hear from expert mentors and learn alongside talented, high-potential peers from different functions and companies.

This will be an interactive, curated virtual gathering — NOT a passive lecture experience. Please join with video on, and come ready to participate in discussion.

Attendees will be a mix of Fort Light alums, mentors, and friends.

The event will run 9-10am PT / 12-1pm ET.
