Naghma is the Co-founder of a health and Fitness start-up, Hopfit India.

With a passion for people and a love of books, beaches, and travel, Naghma is dedicated to improving the lives of others through her work. She has received certifications from the SVYASA University in Bangalore and the A Himalayan Yogi Institute affiliated with Yoga Alliance, and has conducted over 200 corporate yoga and wellness sessions for some of the world's leading companies, including EY, Google, TCS, and Capgemini. Naghma also works closely with India’s top health aggregators like Mfine and Aditya Birla Wellness.
