Recognise the benefits of coaching in a leadership role.

Learn powerful questioning techniques to facilitate self-reflection and growth.
Understand the TGROW model as a framework for coaching conversations.

Using the TGROW approach, provide constructive feedback.
Explore how to genuinely expressing recognition and appreciation motivate and inspire your team.

By the end of the workshops, you will be able to:
Identify your leadership styles and effectively leverage them in your managerial roles.
Apply basic coaching skills, including active listening, powerful questioning, and the TGROW model, to support the growth and development of your team members.

Training Hours & Delivery
The duration of the workshop will be 9 hours delivered online (live virtual) in 3 sessions of 3 hours each:
Session 1: November 22th, 17:30-20:30
Session 2: December 6th, 17:30-20:30
Session 3: December 13th, 17:30-20:30
To ensure an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience, we limit the maximum number of participants to 10, allowing space for engagement and valuable moments in our workshops.
Individual coaching session, (1) will be set at the end of the program with each participant.
