Program
17:30 – Doors Open
Arrive early to meet fellow participants and settle in. Enjoy coffee and tea and take a moment to relax before the workshop begins.
Introduction & Theory
We’ll introduce ourselves and create a safe space for open discussion. Paula will then share insights on stress, fears, and the power of self-compassion, laying the foundation for our work ahead.
Guided Discussion & Exercises
We’ll dive into personal fears and frustrations through facilitated discussions and interactive exercises, exploring how they manifest and impact our daily lives. This is a chance to connect deeply with yourself and others.
Stress Relief & Coping Techniques
Discover simple yet effective stress relievers and coping mechanisms for moments of overwhelm. Paula will guide us through various techniques to calm the mind and body.
Designing Your Self-Care Routine
With new tools in hand, we’ll work on creating a personalized self-care routine to help you navigate future challenges. By the end of this session, you’ll have a plan tailored to your needs to support your mental and emotional well-being.
20:00 — Closing Circle
We’ll close the session with a reflective circle, offering space to share insights and express gratitude. Participants can stay, chat, and connect over snacks and tea.

Meet the Facilitator, Paula
Paula is a versatile mental performance coach, service designer, and facilitator who is passionate about creativity, meaningful encounters, and good breakfasts. She is a curious explorer who is always ready for everyday adventures and new experiences. In her free time, she can be spotted enjoying family life, on an amateur theatre stage, or learning handstands.
