Trying to learn skills for time management is not the answer – time is not ours to manage, but rather we need to look at how we manage ourselves with the time given to us. Through interactive activities focused on self-identified needs, prescriptions for stress, and looking at how we want our life to be organized, participants will develop a personal road map of how to head out and effectively use the time given to them each day.
