Join us for our exclusive event "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Embrace your Success" a dialogue delving into how and why we doubt our own accomplishments despite our own track record of success.
This will be an insightful and empowering event focused on understanding and overcoming imposter syndrome. Whether you're a working professional, creative or entrepreneur, many of us experience feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy, despite our accomplishments. This event will help your recognise the signs of imposter syndrome and equip you with practical tools to combat it.
Our first panelist is Christina Chia, the Chief Operating Officer & Principal (VIC) of North Shore Coaching College. In her role as a senior executive, she is in prime position to delve deep into her personal experiences of how she dealt with "growing into" her role, and the pathway to deal with the self-doubt, anxiety, and stress that entails.
Our second panelist is Jamal Hakim, the current City of Melbourne Councillor, and also the founder and CEO of Hakim Consulting, a consulting firm specialising in partnering with organizations to achieve goals in innovation and growth. He is in prime position to dive into how organizations can create a culture and work environment which empowers people to speak up and contribute to the organization with confidence and gusto.
