​Meet Dalton Fouts, Founder of ReturnKey

​Dalton Fouts is the founder of ReturnKey - a recommerce and returns management platform that provides a full-stack reverse logistics SaaS software built for both offline and online retailers, providing their customers a seamless return service experience.

Dalton grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, where he worked through college in successive logistics positions starting as a package handler at UPS, before graduating from the University of Miami as a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship to West Java, Indonesia.

​Before ReturnKey:

​With his previous experience working in logistics, Dalton joined Ninja Van, Southeast Asia’s fastest growing last-mile logistics startup, in 2016. During his time scaling up the growth function at Ninja Van, he notes that the business radically changed every time it grew by 3x. As the business grew more and more complex every growth cycle, returns became a key lever to cut through the noise and deliver consistently world-class customer experiences.

​ReturnKey Today:

​Leveraging this data, Dalton was able to understand the art and science of helping brands figure out what to do when an item gets returned, and begin tackling Indonesia's $19B in annual ecommerce returns. Founded in 2020, ReturnKey has created reverse logistics software to improve returns handling and a recommerce platform to sell returned and overstock inventory across secondary channels. Recently, ReturnKey closed an $8M USD Series A fundraise, with investors including Argor Capital and Vertex Ventures.
