FEEL ME FLOW
The Shift is an organization on a mission to help close the wellness gap for the BIPOC community by joyfully reclaiming our magic + sacred healing practices. Feel Me Flow is our debut event series that brings the community together through culture, creativity, and magic in service of our healing.
Get ready for:
- Meditation + Akashic Records Magic by Ruby Sheng Nichols (Founder of The Shift)
- Breathwork + Somatic Movement by Liz LeGrande
- 70's Dance Party featuring DJ Lani Love
- Tingle + Mingle Hour with CBD and art therapy

Lunch + non-alcoholic drinks included with tix.
Cost: $40-$65 sliding scale
In line with our mission, tickets are on a sliding scale to accommodate underserved + BIPOC communities to participate. If you'd like to attend, and cost is a barrier, we have a few scholarship tickets available. Reach out directly to ruby@theshift.is. Our Happenings are created by and for BIPOC, but welcome all. If you can afford to pay more to support our mission of closing the wellness gap, please do.
