​Zach is the CEO, co-founder, and community manager for Tightknit, the first platform transforming Slack into an all-in-one community platform. After a decade launching customer community platforms at Salesforce and Airkit, Zach set out to fill the gaps in Slack with forums, gamification, event management, AI search, and more. When he’s not dreaming in emojis, you can find him exploring the world’s cuisines in NY, catching first tracks on the slopes, or laughing through a whiskey sour in the back of a comedy club.
