Please join singer, songwriter and sound alchemist, Victory Jones, for this Voice Activation & Meditation "Play" shop: a powerful, playful & exploratory container tapping into the resonance of the mind, body & soul.
Instead of a workshop, consider this a playshop in which we will move, make sound with our bodies, and then use the vibration of sound in a restorative & relaxing guided sound alchemy meditation of cosmic lullabies then drift into silence to integrate the entire experience.
