🔍 Rules & Registration Details
Registration Process & Team Formation - Detailed Explanation
To ensure fair participation and balanced team formation, the following guidelines will be strictly followed:
a. Team Composition
Each team must have exactly 4 members.
You can register in different ways:
As a complete team of 4 → Your team remains unchanged.
As an individual → You will be assigned to a team.
As a team of 2 or 3 → Additional participants will be assigned to complete your team.
b. Handling Team Formation for Uneven Registrations
If the total number of participants is not divisible by 4, some adjustments will be required.
Priority will be given to keeping larger teams intact. This means:
If a team of 3 is short by 1 member, they will be prioritized to receive an additional participant.
If a team of 2 is short by 2 members, they will be assigned 2 additional participants.
If teams cannot be evenly formed, some participants from smaller teams (teams of 2) may be reassigned to other teams to ensure fair distribution.
c. Participant Cooperation & Expectations
Participants must cooperate with the event organizers during team formation.
If a participant is reassigned to a new team due to uneven distribution, they must accept the change in the interest of fair play.
The event organizers have the final authority in all team allocations and any adjustments necessary.
d. Handling Disruptions & Disciplinary Actions
If any participant creates disturbances, refuses to cooperate, or causes any issues in team formation or during the event:
The event team reserves the right to remove the participant from the event.
No exceptions or reconsiderations will be entertained in such cases.
This structure ensures fairness, smooth participation, and an enjoyable experience for all involved. All participants are expected to respect and abide by these guidelines.
🎯 Round 1: Pixel Perfect
🛠️ Objective
In Round 1: Pixel Perfect, teams will use AI tools to generate an image of a famous campus location based on a given prompt. This round tests creativity, accuracy, and AI execution skills.
📌 How It Works
1. Participants register as individuals or in teams of 4.
• If registered alone, the team will be assigned.
2. Each team will receive a location prompt (e.g., Himalaya Mess, Gajendra Circle).
3. Teams must generate an AI image that replicates the given location as accurately and creatively as possible.
4. Teams submit one final AI-generated image.
🔍 Evaluation Criteria
• Creativity 🎨 – How unique and imaginative is the image?
• Accuracy 🎯 – Does the AI-generated image resemble the actual location?
• AI Execution 🤖 – How well did the team use the AI tool to create the image?
• Presentation 🗣️ – Each team gets 1 minute to present their image to the jury.
🚨 Important Rules & Anti-Cheating Measures
• Teams must submit the AI-generated image link along with their final submission.
• No manual editing or modifications are allowed (e.g., Photoshop touch-ups).
• Images must be created using the designated AI tool provided by the organizers.
🏆 Selection for Round 2
• The top 20 teams based on creativity, accuracy, and execution will advance to Round 2: Decode or Die!
• The elimination process ensures only the best teams move forward, raising the stakes for the competition.
