About The Catalyst Collective
The Catalyst Collective exists to offer a community-based approach where Black women and Black girls are architects of their own empowerment. We recognise that educational and professional inequities persist, which is why this event is exclusively open to Black girls.
When we refer to Black women and girls, we mean those whose racial and ethnic identity is of African and/or Caribbean descent, including Black mixed-race women.
