About Event

Simon Peter Ojoto will share the valuable lessons Innovation: Africa has learned over the past 15 years regarding the successful implementation of sustainable water projects. This presentation will provide an overview of the critical factors to consider and explore how Carbon Credits can contribute to the long-term sustainability of these initiatives.

Simon Peter Ojoto is the Country Manager of Innovation: Africa (iA), a non-profit organization that brings Israeli solar, agricultural, and water technologies to African villages. Simon holds a MSc. Public Health, Degree in Development Studies and Dip. Social work & Social Administration. Simon has 19 years of experience in WASH and Program Management and has served with several reputable organisations including among others, Shine Africa, GOAL (International Relief and Development Organization), Caritas International (Uganda - Kenya), Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB-Uganda), Child Fund International (CFI) and Lutheran World Federation (LWF Uganda/Sudan Program).
