Note: if you took "DM with Your Soul" in September this is not the same course. It goes deeper and includes totally new insights, exercises, etc. So if you are looking to re-take "DM with Your Soul," this is not that :)

This is New Year, Deeper You
Through guided live sessions with Tara, daily journaling prompts, take-home exercises, and an entire kick-ass community supporting you over the course of four weeks, you will learn how to:
● Create a consistent, deep journaling practice
● Heal your nastiest negative beliefs
● Deal with anxiety in the moment
● Move towards the life YOU want to lead
This course is practical as f*ck. We will go over real tools that have helped change the lives of The Team Lilies community. January kinda sucks? Why not get ahead of the January blues and make sure it's more enjoyable!

Week 1: DM with Your Soul
You’ll Learn How To:- Jump start your connection to your innermost self
- Set up a consistent, successful, deep journaling practice
- Find motivation to help yourself even when you really don’t want to
- Find emotional safety inside of yourself when the world feels like a clusterf*ck
Week 2: Befriending the Frenemy within + Oh, No! I'm in the Shi*
You’ll Learn How To:- Hear your negative self-beliefs for what they are – lies
- Become a ninja of self-love
- Effectively deal with your negative internal chatter
- What to do in the moment and in the days after a sticky emotional situation; anxiety, depression, fear, etc
Week 3: Deciding Who You Are
You’ll Learn How To:- Break out of Imposter Syndrome
- Make sure your self-esteem is unshakable and un-take-away-able
- Define our priorities
- Make an action plan for how we will LIVE our priorities
Week 4: Deepest Desires
You’ll Learn How To:- Decipher what YOU want, not your partner, not your mom, not your co-worker
- Find one actionable change we want to make in our lives
- Create an action plan for getting there
- Live the life you want right now
