In this workshop, in collaboration with the AWS Gen AI Loft team, we will work on building an AI SDR engine inside HubSpot, leveraging all capabilities within HubSpot and AI agents.
Our approach recognizes that HubSpot provides 90% of the required capabilities, and we demonstrate how Personize.ai adds the final components to activate large-scale AI SDR and BDR functions for a company.

Begin by preparing data, triggers, and use cases. We will present several use cases for attendees to choose from based on the data they have. For attendees without HubSpot, developers can work with a CSV file, following the same steps.
Hands-On with AI SDR Agents (Interactive Session - 40 mins): 6:50 PM - 7:30 PM
Work with pre-built agents and deploy them to see actionable results. Developers in attendance can collaborate to build agents for others.
Collaborative Multi-Agent Solutions (Discussion - 30 mins): 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM

What is an AI SDR?
An AI SDR (Artificial Intelligence Sales Development Representative) is an AI-powered system or agent designed to automate and enhance the tasks typically performed by human SDRs. This includes prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
Key functions of an AI SDR:
Automated Outreach – Sending personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
Lead Scoring and Qualification – Analyzing data to identify high-potential leads.
Data Enrichment – Gathering additional information about prospects from various sources.
Meeting Scheduling – Coordinating and setting up meetings automatically.
Pipeline Management – Keeping CRM data up to date by tracking interactions and engagements.
In essence, an AI SDR accelerates sales cycles by handling repetitive tasks, allowing human SDRs to focus on strategic and high-touch activities.
While most of what we discuss could work on the free plan, a fully functional AI SDR engine requires Professional and Enterprise plans.
For this workshop, we share use cases with the assumption that HubSpot is connected to Apollo.io or a similar platform for enriched data and signals and Fathom for meeting recordings.
