Fall Wellness Retreat
Join us this October for a weekend full of nourishment, nature, and community where Christi, owner of Ellister's Elixirs and Tori, Certified Yoga instructor, will host you for a 3-day retreat at Mill Creek Falls Retreat Center.
Autumn is a time of transition, reflection, and preparation for the colder winter months. As nature begins to slow down, so do we, and it is essential to create time to nourish our body, mind, and soul during this transition. This immersive retreat will help you do just that. Surrounded by nature, we will dive into Ayurvedic practices specific to this time of Year (Vata Season), somatic movement and yoga, sound healing, nourishing plant-based and seasonal food, and a loving sense of community.
This is an inclusive retreat, open to all humans.
