Panel discussion & Q&A following Andrea Resmini's WIAD 2025 Global Keynote

Join us for a 75-minute virtual panel discussion exploring the evolving landscape of Information Architecture in our increasingly complex digital-physical world. Following Andrea Resmini's WIAD 2025 keynote on IA's rich 60-year history and its future, our panel of practitioners will dive deeper into what it means to practice IA today and tomorrow.

What to expect:

  • Hear perspectives from practitioners with both Classical and Contemporary IA backgrounds

  • Explore how IA extends beyond websites into the spaces where information flows

  • Talk about applying IA principles to new technologies

  • Join the conversation with your own questions during our Q&A session

Discussion themes:

  • The shift from website-focused to blended physical/digital experiences

  • Making complex systems clear in an AI-driven world

  • Building a useful language of critique for evaluating information architecture

  • Skills and approaches for IA practice

Whether you're an information architect, a UX professional, a student, or simply curious about how information shapes our experiences, this discussion welcomes you. We'll explore together how we can create more human-centered information spaces in our complex world.

As Resmini reminds us, "Everything flows.” Join us as we explore where IA is flowing next.
