Mindy is the Executive Director of Philanthropy at the Marshall Medical Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a master’s degree from New York Institute of Technology. She is currently a doctoral candidate in education, leadership, and innovation at the University of the Pacific. Previously, Mindy led philanthropic efforts at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was responsible for the largest gift in the history of the law school of $25M, which was the second largest gift to the university.
Rod Githens is the Alexandra Greene Ottesen Endowed Chair in Benerd College at the University of the Pacific, where he teaches leadership, organization change, innovation, and inquiry methods. Through his consulting practice, Githens and Associates, he works with a team of colleagues to help organizations to solve problems and seize opportunities through: Innovation and Creativity Processes, Strategy Development and Strategic Planning, Small- to Large-Group Facilitation and Action Planning, and Stakeholder-Informed Program and Initiative Development.
