About This Event:
What is Neurodiversity? Neurodiversity refers to variation in the human brain regarding sociability, learning, attention, mood and other mental functions in a non-pathological sense. These attributes in people highlight some unique strengths and challenges.
Neurodiversity at work (especially Tech) is an important topic yet not often discussed. This event aims to break that barrier down and delve into this topic from 2 perspectives: A manager and the employee. We will discuss what managers can do to support NDs and ways NDs can thrive in the workplace.
Come join us to participate in this exciting conversation.
