Pilates & Picnic

​Event Description:
Join us for a refreshing outdoor Pilates & Picnic in Noorderplantsoen, open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced. The session is fully in English and a great way to move, connect, and enjoy the day with others.

​What’s included:

• ​A 50-minute guided Pilates class

• ​1 hour of relaxed picnic time

• ​Homemade picnic food

• ​A small bouquet of flowers as a gift

​Location:
The event will take place in Noorderplantsoen. The exact meeting point will be shared closer to the day.

​Weather:
If the weather turns out to be unsuitable, you will receive a full refund or can use your ticket for a rescheduled date. If the event goes ahead, tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to find someone to attend in your place if needed.

​What to bring:

• ​Comfortable exercise clothes

• ​Your own mat (contact us if you really need one)

• ​A towel and water bottle

• ​Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies

• ​Photos will be taken during the event, let us know if you prefer not to be included

• ​Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time so we can begin smoothly
